– We offer training  for absolute beginners

3. Time limitations?

– Workout length and intensity will be tailored to your needs

4. Too old to become a world class jumper?

– You should be under the age of 50 if you want to dunk a basketball

– If you have an athletic background in any jumping sport and are under the age of 30 you have a good base to become an advanced athlete


5. What is my genetic potential for jumping?

– Very difficult to predict


– Possibilities after 5 – 10 years of GOOD jump training


– BAD Genetics: ~25 – 35 “, ~63 – 90 cm


– Average Genetics: ~35 – 45 “, ~90 – 114 cm


– Good Genetics: > 45 “, 114 cm


– THESE NUMBERS ARE ESTIMATES FROM MY EXPERIENCE AND             CAN DIFFER SIGNIFICANTLY



6. Do I have to change my diet and sleep schedule ?

– Sleep + Good Nutrition = Adaptation


– No vertical jump gains if your body cant recover from your training

– Low bodyfat

– Good relative strength ratio

– Healthy body

– Years of jumping

– High fitness


– Obsession for the sport
