If you are searching for a 4 week training plan to magically increase your vertical jump you are wrong here. We focus on long term athletic development regarding vertical jumping ability. Our memberships offer monthly training and/or coaching for both 1 & 2 foot jumpers. Our training is suitable for any sport or track and field activity involving jumping. If you are willing to transform your body in the next couple of months we are happy to welcome you to our team!
